The Classic Pantam Stand allows for playing handpan instruments while standing up or sitting down and has a custom, easy-to-use, height adjusting mechanism. The handpan stands are very stable, simple to use, and super portable. Stands can be set up quickly and you can easily switch between standing and sitting playing positions. The Pantam Stand also makes it easy to create set-ups to play multiple instruments together.
The height of the Pantam Stand can vary between 57 cm (22″) for playing while sitting down up to 98 cm (38″) for playing while standing up, and can be set on various heights for your comfort between these two points. Each Pantam Stand weights 2.9 kg (6 lbs).
The Pantam Stand was developed by Thomas and Avigdor Ben Tov from Avi Ot Woodcrafts, the makers of the Cajonico. Each handpan stand is made out of aluminum and stainless steel. The special contact pieces firmly hold the handpan in place and keep it from sliding. Handpan stands offer you a great freedom of movement and makes playing multiple instruments feel truly natural.
