After years of refinement and attention to the finest details, we are honored to offer one of the largest scale lists in the world for choosing a custom handpan. The following scales are designed around the many complexities inherent in these instruments in order to consistently achieve the highest professional quality possible. Notes in (parenthesis) are available on the bottom shell of the instrument. The port on the bottom shell of each Saraz is tuned with three different tones that correspond to the scale. Shoulder tones are tuned into the border of all center notes.
After years of production, the evolution of the Saraz continues. At one time, we only built nitrided instruments. Then we moved on to nitrided and stainless steel instruments. Now we currently only build the Saraz on stainless steel. Some older videos of nitrided Saraz are provided in this list as examples of the scale variation, however if ordered, they will be built on stainless steel. If you prefer the sound of our nitrided instruments with less sustain and more percussive timbre, please let us know and we can craft a stainless steel instrument to sound similar with less sustain and increased note strength.

Followed by this is an extensive list of every scale we offer. The list is organized first by center note (lowest to highest), then by scale name and number of notes.
